At Vision of PC Services, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services, including but not limited to website development, SEO, social media marketing, and other digital marketing solutions. Due to the nature of digital services, refund and return policies differ from those of physical products.
This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or returns may be issued and our responsibilities as a service provider.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are granted only under the following specific circumstances:

Non-Delivery of Service: If the service has not been initiated or delivered within the agreed timeframe, and no valid communication or update has been provided.

Duplicate Payment: If you are charged more than once for the same service due to a system or billing error.

Project Not as Described: If the final delivery is significantly different from the agreed-upon project scope or features, and the discrepancy cannot be resolved through revisions.
⚠️ Refunds will not be granted for reasons such as change of mind, dissatisfaction after delivery based on subjective opinion, or failure to provide required materials/information by the client.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable once work has commenced:

SEO, Social Media, and PPC Campaigns (monthly/retainer services)

Web design and development projects after more than 30% of the scope is completed

Domain registration, hosting, and third-party software or plugin licenses

Consultation or strategy sessions once delivered

Any service marked as “non-refundable” in the proposal or invoice
4. Revision & Resolution Process
Before requesting a refund, clients are encouraged to contact us and allow us a fair opportunity to resolve any issue. We offer:

Up to 2-3 rounds of revisions depending on the project

Rework of deliverables in alignment with original project scope

Clarifications or additional support within reasonable limits
5. Process for Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to support@visionofpc.com with the following details:

Invoice or transaction ID

Reason for refund request

Any supporting documents (screenshots, project files, etc.)
Timeline:
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of project delivery or billing date. Requests after this window will not be considered.
6. Approval and Processing

Upon receiving a valid request, we will review and respond within 5-7 business days.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

In case of third-party billing platforms (e.g., Razorpay, PayPal), processing times may vary as per their policies.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with our team is a violation of this policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services and take legal action if fraudulent chargebacks are filed.
8. Policy Updates
Vision of PC Services reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice. It is the client’s responsibility to review the policy periodically.
